Since our story began over 125 years ago, we’ve always strived to do things better and improve both the way we work and the services we provide. Although our past is important to us, it’s our future that counts, so it is crucial that we take up opportunities as they arise to carry on moving forward.
We are therefore proud to announce the beginning of a new chapter, as we are taking up the fantastic opportunity to come together with another progressive firm of Chartered Accountants, DJH Mitten Clarke.
Lloyd Piggott’s Sue Redmond, said “DJH Mitten Clarke is a business that shares our principles; caring about who works for them and delivering exceptional business advice to their clients. Coming together will allow us to achieve even greater things as one business.”
“DJH Mitten Clarke bring with them a number of specialist services, such as: capital allowances, R&D, wealth management and commercial & residential funding, along with group services such as marketing, learning and development and recruitment. Ultimately, this will enhance the support we offer our clients.”
Sue continued, “Our aim is to create the very best place to work and the new partnership will also allow investment in wellbeing, training and social programmes; all key to us working together as a happy team.”
St. George’s House will remain our home, however as of 4th October, we will take on the name DJH Mitten Clarke, becoming the Manchester office of the Staffordshire head quartered practice.
Both Sue and Paula Abbott will continue to lead the Manchester team in its ongoing success and though we will be operating as one company, our clients can rely on the same personal, open and honest working relationships with the same people in place as before.
