As you work with us, you’ll find yourself interacting with various members of the team and not just working with one person.
We are a little different in the sense that we’ve assembled a team of people who’ll regularly be involved in the work we do for you
Why a team and not one person?
Sometimes new clients expect to be working with just one person, instead of a different person for different services, so we like to address that from the start
Working this way gives you access to as much expertise as possible, from strategic support, to our tax department who help make sense of the numbers. It also means you have more time to focus on what’s important to you.
Don’t worry, if you need to call us and you’re not sure who to ask for, Jackie or Tess will be on hand to make sure you get to speak to the right person.
What else can you expect?
Client portal and email messaging
Keep your information secure whilst still making it easy to communicate.
IRIS OpenSpace is our secure client portal, used to share confidential documents with you. Anything you need to approve can be found there, and all you do is press the approval button
We’ll still keep in touch using email, and you can always drop us a message if you have a query. There is no such thing as a silly question, we’re simply here to help
Sensitivity with your information
It’s important that the right information gets to the right person.
When we start working together, we agree who’ll be the key contact at your end, so that we’re all on the same page about who we can or cannot discuss things with.
Important deadlines and timescales
We’re always making sure we get the work done in good time.
It is important that we keep everything to a schedule when working together.
That’s why we ask you to let us have your accounting records within 3 months of your year end, so we can deliver everything to you in good time.
What we need from you
When you sign up to work with us, we’ll take you through an onboarding process to gather everything we need from you to get started.
This includes signing letters of engagement and related documents, authorising us to deal with HMRC on your behalf, and sending proofs of identity.
